- Experience with Planisware, Smartsheet (Resource Manager, Control Center), or equivalent resourcing tools
- Knowledge of resourcing and forecasting methods
- Experience managing complex projects and implementations
- Understanding of pharmaceutical research and drug development lifecycle
- Ability to influence and drive decisions without direct authority
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
- Experience creating strategic reports and forecasts for decision-making

## Nice to have
