## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Insurance Adjuster License (must obtain within 90 days if not already held)

- Ability to interpret complex commercial insurance policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and investigative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
