## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing environment experience
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow
- Ability to lead high-performance teams
- Ability to balance multiple priorities

## Nice to have

- Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or similar)
