- Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year flight attendant experience
- Minimum 2 years managing people
- Minimum 1 year managing in a union environment
- Valid passport book
- Valid driver's license
- Pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training and maintain currency
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Ability to travel as required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
