## Summary

Boeing is seeking an experienced process engineer to support their Air Dominance digital engineering team in implementing and managing their next-generation PLM and digital engineering systems. This role suits engineers with 5+ years in manufacturing operations or software tool support who can troubleshoot Siemens Teamcenter, design system improvements, and ensure data integrity across engineering and manufacturing workflows.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
- Experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations including tool and software application development, process development, and database management
- U.S. citizenship to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
- Interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start

## Nice to have

- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter and integrated applications
- Knowledge of system integrations between PDM and ERP/MES systems
- Exposure to Change Management, BOM Management, and Bill of Process Production Operations
- Experience with BOP development and manufacturing simulation tools
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Bill of Materials and production systems
- Understanding of Nonconformance processes and resolution workflows
- Familiarity with MBI/Visualization for manufacturing insights
- Hands-on experience with Fabrication, Painting and Coatings operations
- Exposure to Automation and Robotics technologies
- Skills in Machine Performance Analysis
- Experience with Timekeeping management and labor tracking
- Ability to support Production Scheduling and Planning
- Knowledge of Inspection protocols and quality assurance processes
