Ibotta seeks an experienced content designer to shape the language and user experience across their consumer-facing shopping platform and B2B tools. You'll own content strategy for complex product areas, establish design systems and voice standards, and partner across UX, product, and engineering to make intricate features feel intuitive and trustworthy.

## Required

- 4–6 years in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or related field
- Experience in consumer-facing tech product or marketplace/platform
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Human-Centered Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong portfolio with end-to-end content design work, writing process, problem-solving, polished UI copy, and measurable user impact
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for presenting and defending content decisions to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Experience building or scaling content systems, style guides, or governance frameworks across multiple teams or products
- Deep curiosity for understanding users and empathy for their problems, balanced with data-driven judgment

## Nice to have

- Experience with conversational design
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools, collaboration/documentation tools, and AI tools
