- Advanced proficiency with Python or TypeScript
- Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- REST API design and implementation
- Identity protocols including OAuth2 and OIDC
- Rapid cloud prototyping in AWS or GCP
- Experience translating prototypes into scalable Terraform architectures
- Thriving in R&D or rapid prototyping environments
- Methodical evaluation of new vendor technologies
- Strong communication bridging AI developers and infrastructure teams
- Knowledge of AI-specific security threats like OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
- Ability to implement runtime AI guardrails and secure machine identities

## Nice to have

- CI/CD pipeline adaptation for agentic workflows and model deployments
- Experience with AI Gateways and Okta integration
- Agent observability and telemetry design
- Track record of using AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency
