- 5+ years of payer/provider contract negotiations experience
- Responsibility for overseeing a managed care department or team
- Epic credential (Epic CRED)
- Extensive provider reimbursement knowledge
- Financial analysis and spreadsheet experience
- Contract management practices and technologies knowledge
- Ability to interpret data and financial reports
- Navigate multiple software systems
- Read and understand contracts effectively
- Convert complex contract language into system outputs
- Review operations to streamline business activities
- Work independently
