## Required

- 2-year degree or high school diploma with 3–5 years of related experience
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Process quotes and orders for specified customers
- Manage customer service and sales support tasks
- Coordinate between internal departments, suppliers, and customers
- Handle problem resolution for pre-sales and post-sales issues
- U.S. Person eligible for export license (ITAR compliance)

## Nice to have

- Ability to read and understand customer technical drawings
- Military, Aerospace & Defense, or related industry knowledge
- Understanding of CUI/ITAR data restrictions and VAS processes
- CUI/ITAR training certification
- Oracle or Unity experience
