- 3+ years professional software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (compute, storage, networking, container orchestration)
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture and data pipelines
- Ability to communicate clearly on systems architecture and technical tradeoffs
- Comfort working directly with customers on their infrastructure problems
- In-person work in New York City, San Francisco, or Stockholm

## Nice to have

- Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations
- Open-source contributions or notable side projects
