## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting SD-WAN solutions
- Hands-on experience with Versa SD-WAN platforms
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN, routing, switching, and IP networking fundamentals
- Experience troubleshooting underlay circuit connectivity issues
- Ability to analyze network incidents and drive timely resolution
- Strong communication and customer-facing troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting business customer network environments
- 5–7 years relevant work experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
- Must live within 50 miles of office or self-relocate
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call support

## Nice to have

- Experience in service provider, managed network, or enterprise networking environments
- Knowledge of Ethernet, MPLS, DIA, broadband, and other WAN transport technologies
- Familiarity with network monitoring and performance management tools
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Versa, or equivalent
