## Summary

This is a hands-on Principal-level role architecting the next generation of CI/CD and deployment infrastructure for a global engineering organization scaling from dozens to hundreds of production systems and Kubernetes clusters. You'll define progressive delivery standards, build self-service platforms that let product teams ship safely without platform expertise, and mentor senior engineers while embedding AI tooling across the software development lifecycle.

## Required

- CI/CD platform ownership and operation at scale across 250+ engineers
- GitOps and declarative configuration expertise
- Large-scale delivery system design and operation
- Production-quality software development experience
- Cloud-native and Kubernetes architecture knowledge
- Progressive delivery practices (canary deployments, automated rollbacks)
- Cross-team collaboration and technical influence

## Nice to have

- Experience setting up new production regions or isolated deployments end-to-end
- Background in both product engineering and platform engineering
- RBAC, OAuth, and compliance knowledge (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
