- 6+ years product management experience
- Experience building 0-to-1 products
- Experience shipping AI-enabled products
- Knowledge of Claude, Cursor, and other AI-native tools

- Ability to validate concepts through qualitative and quantitative testing
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Proficiency with AI and agentic technologies
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence
- Team-building and motivation skills
- Bias for action and self-starter mindset
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, entrepreneurship, business/finance, data science/analytics, or innovation

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in a technical field
