- 2+ years direct people management in product-shipping industries (CPG, Consumer Electronics, Apparel)
- Deep expertise in retail compliance and chargeback deduction processes
- Strong financial and operational analytical skills for freight modeling and cost-to-serve analysis
- Experience with routing guides, EDI setups, and retailer deduction auditing
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships with Trade Compliance, Logistics, and 3PL partners
- Data literacy and continuous-improvement orientation

## Nice to have

- Experience with Canada and LATAM distribution networks
