- New graduate or less than one year RN experience, or RN with less than one year acute direct patient care experience transitioning from non-inpatient setting
- Participate in residency core curriculum
- Provide direct nursing care with success coach support
- Document in medical records

## Nice to have

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- ACLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross (within first year if not at hire)
