## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years in metal additive manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, aerospace hardware, or related fields
- Working knowledge of LPBF process variables, build preparation, support strategy, inspection, and nonconformance processes
- Hands-on experience with work orders, work instructions, and nonconformance resolution
- Proficiency with LPBF additive manufacturing of metallic materials and DfAM fundamentals

## Nice to have

- Experience owning additive manufacturing products through the full lifecycle including post-processing
- Experience with metal powder handling, tensile testing, metallography, or CT/inspection data analysis
- Experience with aerospace qualification programs
- Experience writing process specifications, qualification plans, or AS9100-aligned documentation
- Experience with Jira, MES/ERP systems, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Minitab
