## Required

- Strong negotiation skills
- Advanced litigation claims management experience including ADR and mediation
- Experience at mediations, settlement conferences, and pre-suit/litigated/post-trial claim handling
- Property and Casualty adjusting license (must obtain within 6 months)

## Nice to have

- Juris Doctor degree
