- Experience administering background check and/or drug and alcohol testing programs
- Vendor management and SLA accountability
- Process design and documentation across cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of FCRA and DOT/PHMSA requirements
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and deadline management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

## Nice to have

- Prior experience supporting a DOT-regulated workforce or safety-sensitive population
- Experience building or significantly overhauling a pre-employment or background screening program from the ground up
