## Required

- 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience
- 3+ years of formal leadership with direct reports
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management software
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery independently
- Ability to document and interpret predictive/preventive maintenance data
- Effective written and spoken English communication
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders and stairs, and work at heights
- Knowledge and experience with PLC systems
- Knowledge and experience with CMMS systems
- Formal training or certification in at least one trade: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC systems, or HVAC
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old with state-required proof of age
- Medical approval to wear respiratory protection
- Willingness to confirm understanding of hazardous drug handling risks
