## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years HVM or fab experience
- 3+ years memory (DRAM preferred) experience
- 2+ years in yield ramp, cost reduction, or quality improvement
- Understanding of transistor operations and scaling limitations
- Willingness to work shifted schedules
- Willingness to travel internationally for 3+ months

## Nice to have

- Master's or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience with technology development and process integration
- Experience with 300mm semiconductor environment
- Knowledge of tech transfer and development
- Experience with process transfer, module ownership, and ramp-up
