- 5+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience
- Experience with Workday security architecture and Business Process Framework
- Configuration of role-based access, security groups, and approvals
- Experience building or evolving Workday in a growing organization
- Workday security and internal controls supporting SOX compliance
- Workday reporting and data management including calculated fields and data validation
- Understanding of interconnected HR technology environments

## Nice to have

- Workday Payroll or complex compensation experience including equity and commissions
- Experience scaling People Systems infrastructure at a high-growth tech company or IPO preparation
- Experience using AI or automation for system administration and data quality
