## Required

- 3–5 years of web development experience
- Hands-on experience with Next.js or comparable React frameworks
- Proficiency in Next.js with App Router and rendering strategies
- Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Sanity CMS
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS skills
- Understanding of DOM, accessibility, and browser rendering
- Multi-platform component building for mobile and web
- WCAG and Core Web Vitals best practices
- Third-party API integration experience
- Tailwind CSS proficiency
- TypeScript, CI/CD, Git, and component-based development
- Openness to and experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Collaborative working style with strong communication
- U.S. work authorization without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- CMS migration or re-platforming project experience
