## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or 4+ years relevant experience with high school diploma
- 3+ years experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Advanced statistical and modeling knowledge
- Advanced computer simulation software experience (PROMODEL, ARENA, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to influence peers and senior leadership
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- US work authorization (visa sponsorship not available)
- Pass pre-employment drug test
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Computer Science
- Prior airline, aviation, or airport planning experience
