## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years newsroom leadership experience in small to medium market
- Proven success producing newscasts in competitive television markets
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments including overnight shifts
- Expertise in multi-platform news strategy across broadcast, digital, streaming, and social
- Exceptional editorial judgment and decisive leadership under tight deadlines
- Ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop diverse teams
- Bilingual English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication
