## Summary

This is an intensive care provider role in a cardiovascular surgery unit where you'll manage critically ill patients in rotation across day and night shifts. ## Required

- National certification as NP, PA, or CNS
- License to practice as NP, PA, or CNS in applicable state
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS or PALS certification
- Credentialing and privileging by Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body
- Master's degree (MSN for NP/CNS; Master's in PA Studies for PA)
- RN license for NP and CNS applicants
- Physician supervision agreement for PA applicants

## Nice to have

- Two years of clinical advanced practice or relevant clinical experience
- Three or more years of APRN or PA experience (for sign-on bonus eligibility)
- ICU experience
- Surgical experience depending on practice setting
