## Summary

This role involves building and scaling Wrapbook's data infrastructure to support analytics across a production finance platform. You'll own data pipelines, governed metrics, and self-serve tools while mentoring the analytics team on best practices, suited to someone who can operate complex data systems end-to-end and collaborate across engineering and business teams.

## Required

- 4+ years in data or analytics engineering with production pipeline experience
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency
- Experience with ETL and orchestration tools
- Experience with modern data warehouses
- Strong data modeling skills
- Experience building governed data layers
- Experience writing data quality checks
- Experience with BI tools and delivering reports/dashboards
- Experience setting dbt CI/CD standards and mentoring others

## Nice to have

- Track record of evaluating and adopting new data tools
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and proactively identifying solutions
