- 15+ years in Technical Program Management with complex hardware/software products
- 8+ years as systems, hardware, or software engineer

- Experience developing end-to-end robotics or automotive systems
- Proficiency with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience managing project financial and operational impacts
- Ability to identify and manage complex regulatory and compliance requirements
