## Required

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in product operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or commercial program management in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Conga including catalog management, pricing rules, and SKU configuration
- Track record leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Written and verbal communication skills including executive documentation
- Project management discipline with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Willingness to travel quarterly (10-20%)

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with AI and automation in commercial operations, quoting, or contract workflows
- Experience conducting SKU or product catalog rationalization audits in complex environments
- Prior involvement in quote-to-cash re-platforming or system migration
- Proficiency with BI tools like Sigma or Power BI
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Administrator, or Conga CPQ Product Administration certification
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification
