- 8+ years in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in technology
- Experience managing enterprise partnerships and driving ARR contribution
- Deep understanding of enterprise market and industry verticals
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Understanding of AI ethics and government policies affecting AI
- Experience with system integrators, global consultancies, and hyperscaler partnerships
- Ability to run joint go-to-market and co-sell motions

## Nice to have

- Background in AI or cloud solutions specifically
- Experience with AWS ecosystem and partnerships
- Government policy and compliance navigation experience
