## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
- CPA certification
- 12+ years of progressive audit experience
- Big 4 accounting firm experience
- Understanding of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry processes
- Experience conducting financial, operational, compliance, forensic, and anti-bribery/corruption audits
- People leadership and staff coaching experience
- Ability to travel 20% domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- CIA, CISA, or other relevant professional certifications
- Pharma, biotech, or medical device industry experience
- Experience in or understanding of revenue gross to net space
- Operational business experience
