- 5+ years mainframe software support or systems programming experience, or 3+ years with a Master's degree
- Mainframe operations or systems programming expertise with z/OS, z/VM, or z/VSE
- Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies including JCL, ISPF, REXX, USS, SMP/E, zOSMF
- Storage management expertise including disk, virtual tape, and physical tape technologies
- Experience with Broadcom storage products or comparable competitor solutions
- US work authorization
- Work from office

- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience or Master's degree
- Technical and professional certifications relevant to mainframe or storage management
