## Required

- 2–5 years experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, strategic finance, corporate finance, or FP&A
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills with experience building complex models and working with large datasets
- Strong grasp of financial statements and accounting fundamentals
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and manage competing priorities independently

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting a high-growth eCommerce, subscription, DTC, or consumer products business
- Experience with NetSuite and modern BI/reporting tools
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business case development
- A soft spot for dogs
