## Required

- Associate degree in Engineering or IT, or four years equivalent industry experience
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues quickly
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Climb ladders up to 20 feet and lift up to 40 pounds
- Complex technical problem-solving

## Nice to have

- Broadcast and network systems knowledge
- RF and fiber optic workflow experience
- Prior television or radio broadcast engineering experience
