- Background in organizational change management, employee engagement, and culture transformation
- Familiarity with cyber learning principles, instructional design, or enterprise learning platforms
- Experience scaling programs through automation, digital tools, analytics, or innovative engagement
- Proven ability to lead global initiatives and build ambassador or grassroots engagement networks across regions and business units
