- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Management, or Engineering
- 8-12 years operations and/or project management experience
- Proven track record running multiple successful projects
- Collaborative problem-solving skills
- Experience in highly technical environments
- Deep knowledge of Project Management methods, tools, and processes
- Ability to interface with internal teams, government and commercial customers
- Basic familiarity with export licenses for military products
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- Working knowledge of Oracle
- Experience with DoD contracts
- Familiarity with AS-9100 Quality standards
