- 8+ years of footwear design experience
- Technical knowledge of footwear construction, patterning, fit, materials, and manufacturing
- Sketching and digital rendering ability
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers

## Nice to have

- Experience designing for premium footwear, Western, outdoor, work, or lifestyle brands
- Previous experience leading or mentoring designers
- Familiarity with footwear PLM systems
