## Required

- 3-5 years of customer-facing project management experience
- Experience leading technical integrations and/or large-scale software implementations
- Experience delivering SaaS implementations for Enterprise customers
- Track record of strong customer sentiment and on-time, on-budget delivery
- Working knowledge of project management principles including plans, risk management, SOWs, scope and change management, resource management, dependency planning, and RACIs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work CST or EST business hours with flexibility for EMEA customers
- Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States

## Nice to have

- PMP or another project management certification
