## Required

- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, or related engineering field, or equivalent hands-on harness design experience
- 7+ years of harness design experience including 2–3 years at system level owning harness architecture
- Proficiency in Zuken E3 for schematic capture and harness engineering
- Strong electrical fundamentals including wire/cable selection, protection coordination, derating, and connector selection
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 workmanship standards fluency and NASA harness practices
- Ability to generate complete harness packages with schematics, wire lists, and connector diagrams
- Hands-on electrical test equipment experience
- Understanding of space environment effects on harness design
- Mechanical literacy for 3D routing and packaging collaboration

## Nice to have

- Zuken E3.database librarian and component library governance experience
- Spacecraft charging expertise per NASA-HDBK-4002 and ECSS-E-ST-20-06
- High-voltage design for space environments including corona and Paschen-law behavior
- RF harness design literacy and space coax/connector specification knowledge
- Test and verification expertise including continuity, insulation resistance, and dielectric withstanding voltage
- 3D CAD proficiency in CATIA Electrical, SolidWorks, or 3DEXPERIENCE
