## Required

- 4+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience
- End-to-end ownership of production data pipelines
- Experience designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures
- Proficiency with Kafka and its ecosystem
- Experience with ClickHouse, Tinybird, or Snowflake
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong data governance and security background
- Direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements
- Ability to translate financial requirements into technical architecture
- Leadership and mentoring capability

## Nice to have

- Prior experience building financial reporting, revenue recognition, or billing data pipelines
- Familiarity with financial/ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms
- Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering
