## Required

- 4+ years of brand design or marketing design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design across digital campaigns, brand systems, and presentations
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience creating motion graphics and multimedia content
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, and digital-first design principles

## Nice to have

- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Figma experience
- Experience building or evolving a brand system in a high-growth tech company
- Experience designing executive presentations and Board-level communications
- Video editing skills
