- BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

- Expertise in price build-up process and pricing negotiations
- Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense contract terms and conditions
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive financial performance
- US Person status (ITAR eligibility requirement)

## Nice to have

- MBA or equivalent advanced business degree
