- 5+ years of investigation, corporate security, criminal justice, law enforcement, accounting, loss prevention, or compliance experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Knowledge of investigative theory, techniques, and protocols

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- Willingness to travel and respond to emergency security matters 24/7

- Certification from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, John E. Reid & Associates, or LSI Laboratory for Scientific Interrogation
- Certification from Risk or Security Management Association
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI), or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI)
- Multi-lingual abilities
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of video camera systems, intrusion detection systems, access control systems, and digital video recorders
