## Required

- 7+ years hands-on manufacturing experience
- 3+ years multi-axis lathe and 5-axis mill experience with complex tight-tolerance parts
- 3+ years machining hardened metals including nickel alloys, stainless steel, and superalloys
- Expertise with CNC controls (Fanuc or equivalent)
- Blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation per ASME Y14.5
- CAM software experience, preferably HyperMILL
- CAD experience related to CAM
- Proficiency with precision measurement instruments
- Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively across distributed teams
- Organizational and analytical skills
- High school diploma or GED

## Nice to have

- Associate degree in machining technology
- Aerospace structural components experience
- CNC tube bending experience
- Tooling and fixture design experience
- Heavy lifting equipment operation (cranes, forklifts)
- Outside processing knowledge (heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding)
- Post-processing of additive manufactured parts
- 5-axis simultaneous machining experience
- Experience evaluating and selecting CNC machine tools
- ISO9001 quality management systems familiarity
