- Minimum 10 years in integrated or ad sales marketing within B2B, media, or media sales

- Proven success developing strategic sales marketing programs that drive revenue growth
- Deep understanding of how advertising media is planned, bought, and sold across direct and programmatic channels
- Strong storytelling and ability to shape compelling sales collateral and proposals
- Advanced project management skills managing multiple complex initiatives
- Leadership and team development capabilities
- Able to travel 25% of the time
