## Required

- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- Commercial mindset with track record managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Ability to use product usage data and analytics to assess customer health and growth opportunities
- Strategic thinking that connects technical challenges to business objectives
- Skill building rapport with engineers and C-level executives
- Experience in product-led growth environments
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build processes and playbooks from scratch
- Genuine passion for helping developers and engineering teams

## Nice to have

- Background at high-performing developer-focused hyperscale tech companies
- Experience with hyperscalers or cloud platform solutions
- Experience migrating customers from hyperscalers to managed platforms
- Founding or early member experience building Account Management or Customer Success functions
