## Required

- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Technology or equivalent (3–6 years lab testing/product knowledge)
- Understanding of electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic components and systems
- Hands-on instrumentation and data acquisition experience
- Safe handling of laboratory equipment and shop tools
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

## Nice to have

- Strain gauge installation and implementation
- LabView tools and programming
- Python script development
- Procedure and test documentation creation
- Laboratory testing for environmental compliance (temperature shock, vibration, thermal/humidity, corrosion)
- PLC, ladder logic, and microcontroller knowledge (IDEC PLCs, Grove Opto22)
- Arduino or Raspberry Pi experience
- Reliasoft systems knowledge
- Six Sigma certification (yellow, green, or black belt)
- 5S and continuous improvement familiarity
- Welding, machining (mill, lathe, CNC), rapid prototyping, or 3D printing
