## Required

- 5+ years maintenance technician experience in industrial or manufacturing
- Leadership or supervisory experience in technical/maintenance setting
- Understanding of PLC ladder logic for troubleshooting
- Experience with PLC-controlled robotic equipment and legacy relay logic
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and forklifts
- Advanced multimeter proficiency including 480V systems
- Proficiency with MCCS or similar CMMS software
- Expert knowledge of Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- Previous lead or senior technician role in optical manufacturing
- Associate's degree or technical certification in electrical technology or mechatronics
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
