- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- System design skills and product-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Elixir, including OTP, and Phoenix framework
- PostgreSQL and relational database design experience
- Experience designing and consuming WebSocket events, REST APIs, webhooks, and message-based systems
- Experience designing and deploying infrastructure using Terraform
- Problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
