## Required

- Okta administration including users, groups, and basic app integrations
- Google Workspace knowledge
- MDM experience with macOS
- Support for macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices
- Procurement and asset management participation
- Technical writing for documentation
- Communication and customer service abilities
- Basic security principles understanding
- Low-code automation tools experience
- Scripting in Bash or Python
- API integrations and webhooks understanding
- AWS provisioning and Identity Center experience

## Nice to have

- Security and compliance frameworks exposure (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP)
- AI tools, agents, and MCPs experience
- Notion and Linear familiarity
- HRIS integration experience with HiBob or Workday
