## Required

- 5+ years designing and developing large-scale distributed backend systems
- 2+ years working on security-sensitive domains (IAM, Security, Privacy, Anti-Abuse)
- Technical understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), session management, and authorization models (ABAC, RBAC, ReBAC)
- Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages
- Experience identifying and driving high-impact projects aligned with company strategy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams

## Nice to have

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in Go specifically
